We tell our experience

How the project is promoted around the school building of for school community 

  • Project brochure was designed and handed out to students, teachers  and parents during the information meetings presenting project title, logo, partners,  objectives  and future outcomes.

  • Before that,  a competition for a logo that captures  the project topic and objectives was anounced and held among the students of our school , The jury of school project coordinators  selected the winning design that entered the final voting by students of partner school

When the common logo for the project was chosen, the noticeboard informing about the participation of our school in the project was designed and installed over the school main entrance:

 

  • the design of the noticeboard 
  • A photo of the noticeboard over the school's main entrance
  • Project poster was designed and displayed in different parts of the school 
  • An infomative display about partner schools, countries and cities  was prepared with materials shared by all partnet schools

  • The project news corner  was chosen at school for regular update about the  events about the project 
  • A display with photos from project mobilities was also regilarly updated with every new mobility
  • A cabinet with souvenirs shared by  partner countries and schools was prepared
  • A roll-up promoting the project  at  school  and during project events outside school
  • Students wrote about their impressions, experiences and memories from their participations in project mobilities and workshops. They prepared a memory book with these letters and photos. The book was dislayed at school and published at school website. The book in the clip: 

How do we  promote our project  outside school to the local community

  • We take part in Erasmus +  regional forums and conferences where we promote the  results  of our project to the local authorities, teachers, students and their parents on the regional level. 

 

 

  • We cooperate with local universities and educational institution  on the project activities for our students and to pomote the project, its objectives and results

We organised a cultural event - The Opening Gala of our international LTTA workshops for students, teachers and educators from all partner schools of our project (STEMAction for Climate Change, 22nd-26th April )  in our local Culture Centre in Świdnik. The representatives of town authorities and schools in the town as well as some of our parents were invited. 

We have published on our school social media and website  the updates the project activities  e.g  STEM lessons run by our teachers, science clubs , mobilities, outdoor lessons   and other events on the topic of STEM and ecology  regularly throughout the project duration .
